Best Indian Weddings Italy is the first and only professional agency in Italy specialized in destination Indian weddings in Italy. Our brand was born in 2019 even if we started with Indian weddings in 2016. Since that time, we have grown and become very popular among Indian couples willing to get married in Italy, who recognize our indisputable expertise and professionalism. Now we aim to bring our brand to the next level becoming the most known and desired wedding planning company in Italy for Indian couples from all over the world.

Job Description

As Social Media Manager of Best Indian Weddings Italy you will have the goal of enhancing our highly specialized brand, increasing step by step our authority and position as leaders in the industry.

This job will immerse you in the multi-faceted Indian culture and its traditions, give you the opportunity to experience these unique events first-hand, and challenge you to ensure our high-end brand has a stable and ever-present position across various online platforms, always in line with our mission and our values.

Our office is in Rome, though you can work comfortably from home or from any other place. Permanent presence in the office is not required – although sometimes it will be useful to meet in person. It is instead required to follow us during our beautiful weddings around Italy, and sometimes also during the site-inspections we do before the weddings.

This job is offered on a collaboration basis with a freelance professional (VAT registration holder).

Profile

Do you speak and write in English easily and have no problems starting a conversation with a native speaker? Consider that all our brand communication takes place exclusively in English and is aimed at the English-speaking public.
Are you good at storytelling and do you consider yourself a creative person who has great inventiveness, finds it easy to write pieces, and has verbal expression that is easy to understand at all levels?
Do you know how to plan content marketing strategies that highlight the strengths of a brand, creating a real “addiction” to that brand in users?
Are you a real expert in the main social platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook and Youtube? Maybe you are also familiar with advertising platforms like Google and Meta?
Are you open to the study of new cultures and traditions, and do you have a great desire to give your contribution to the growth of a unique brand with great growth potential at an international level?

If you answered “Yes” to all the above questions, then you might be the right person!

Required skills:

Fluent written and spoken English (at least C1 or mother tongue);
Storytelling ability of a brand in its many elements;
Content creation for the main platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook);
Ability to perform competitors’ analysis on major social media;
Ability to adapt to the guidelines of an already established brand, and at the same time be proactive;
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager;
Experience in using Business Manager is a plus;
Knowledge of the technical and operational aspects of digital communication;
Time management, ability to define priorities and being well-organized;
Availability to travel around Italy especially in the period between April and October.
